Art is life and life is art. It’s a simple message, but it defines everything we do at Tamarind Art Council.

Since 2006, we’ve been engaged in developing creative pathways between India and the U.S. That means an initiative to help enhance arts education in Indian universities. In addition, we strive to promote countless Indian arts events, from readings and lectures to film screenings, artist performances and interviews. What does the future of Tamarind Art Council hold? The possibilities are endless.
